Weird development after injury

Hi,

After breaking my arm a while ago, it is mended (safe to do training, no pain etc) but does not fully straighten (it only goes about two thirds of the way.)

This means I cant work my bicep through the full range so my right arm looks strange as there is about 4cm after my elbow where my arm is thin before my bicep starts.

Is there any way to train more of the biceps range without being able to straighten it?

cyclone query ???

Hi i’m recently new to this but have been lifting weights and drinking protien shake and have really noticed the results, I’ve really got into it. I’ve come to the end of my tub and am now looking to buy another one ( as the last one was not maxi muscle) and after bieng happy with the results of the standard protien shake wanted to try one with Creatine in to see if this packs on even more !!! I was thinking of buying the Cyclone one as it seems to have everything in. However i dont really want to gain any weight and Cyclone states muscle and size ??? So does this mean that it does have the weight gain in ??? if so should i just get standard protien shake and then get Creatine separately and mix them ??? or is it niether here or there ??? any input would be greatly appreciated. Hi, I am 20 years old and have been lifting weights down the gym for about 6 weeks now. I do weight lifting workouts at the gym 3 times and play football 3 times a week.

I have been reading a lot about drinking protein shakes after workouts. Would this be worth it? And if yes could it damage my health? I also do not want to gain body fat from taking the supplement.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Regaining muscle

I have been going to gym and weight training for 4 months and managed to put on over half a stone. I was seriosuly ill last week and have lost all that weight/muscle and its noticable. How long will it take me to put it back on? This has been really demotivating as it feels all this hard work has been wasted. I have heard however you can put that muscle and weight back on quite quickly as its nothing like the same as starting from scratch. Could you clear this up for me?

help me someone please

im a 16 year old boy and i go gym about 3 to 4 times a week. i run as much as i can on the running machines and always do things to get rid of fat on my stomach. i want a 6pac but i dont know exactly wot to do that will help me get one.everytime i do these things in the gym in seems like nothing is changing on my body. i need some good advice from someone. i really want a 6 pac as soon as i possibly can.

After CV training

Hi, i do my weight training Monday Wednesday and Friday and there’s plenty of advise on what to eat before and after weight training, however i am confused as to what to eat and how long after CV training which i do Tuesday and Thursday in the morning. Do i eat protein, carbs or both and when? imediatly after or do i leave it a little while?
