How much technical knowledge do I need?Very little. You need to log in to the administration side to change your site where you can use the editor to change the text of the pages and any menu options. There are comprehensive help pages to help you and the support team is here to help you with any technical problems. If you want to have a developer build your site for you then this is an added option.
Do you include all the functions on the demo site like the blog, gallery, calendar and contact page?Yes, and more are coming. We're developing a podcast module at the moment to allow your members to download podcasts from your site and many more are in the pipeline. There are no extra charge for these.
How many pages do I get for this?There are no extra charges for extra pages. You get 50mb of storage which is enough for around 100 pages with many images and videos. We recommend you use YouTube to host your videos but we have developed a plugin to show them on your site.
Can I add pages anywhere on the site and add my own extra buttons to the navigation?Yes you can. The sites are completely customizable and can be changed in almost limitless ways. We set you up with the basics and then you can change it as you wish.
Can I sell things through my website?All websites come with a free affiliate account should you require one with access to up to 3m products. You can earn commission on the products when people click through your website and buy.
Do the websites comply with all modern standards for web design?All sites we build comply completely with all modern standards and are optimized for Google and all other major search engines.
Can I get a refund if I don't like my new site?We offer a complete refund within 2 weeks of your order. If you're not entirely happy, we refund the complete amount paid.
How can I get help if I need it?Apart from our 7 day a week, fanatical level of support, every person who builds a site with us gets access to our closed forum with information on building your website, getting traffic, making sales, optimizing commissions and lots more. Swap commission tips with other site owners. Learn from their successes, and failures. Build relationships with other site owners through the forum to build your business.
I have a domain name already. What do I do with it?If you already have a domain name registered then it can stay in your ownership and a small change at the registrars will point it towards your new site. You can check the availability of your domain name in the form below. We would suggest registering a domain which is a .com or a .co.uk for best results. Tips on choosing a domain name
