<description>Hi, I'm using Weight and aerobic exercise to change my body shape I was 20stone now 15stone waist gone from 46 to 38 many other changes to and I'm 60 in January. Im using protien suppliments after workouts to increase muscle, even though I still have a good covering layer of fat I can see the shape of the muscle tissue under it. My thank to Muscle Bulletin for all the articles I find them to be well written and factual.
