How secret World War 2 research can knock seconds off your personal best

Phosphates are rarely known about in sports nutrition or elite athletes circiles, but to those in the know they’ve stood the test of time. It’s a little known secret that phosphates have been used since the 1930’s to improve performance. Researchers from Norfolk, Virgina found that just three days of phosphate supplementation was enough to knock 35 seconds off the 5-mile performance time of endurance athletes. Not only that, VO2max increased by almost 9%. It was even used by the Germans in world war 2 to help them march longer.

But that’s not the best part.

Australian researchers also agree that phosphates have excellent reseasrch showing how they can aid your performance. Following a loading phase using phosphates, cyclists were able to exercise 16% longer than subjects using nothing. Phosphates work by increasing the flow of oxygen to your muscles. And the more oxygen your muscles get, the better they perform.

And that’s taking phosphates alone. Another popular ingredient called ALC (Acetyl-L-Carnitine) offers further benefits. Studies show that Acetyl-L-Carnitine encourages your body to use more fat and less carbohydrate - allowing you to keep going for longer before hitting the wall. In fact, scientists at the Italian Institute of Clinical Physiology found that Acetyl-L-Carnitine users burned 24% more fat during exercise, while using less carbohydrate.

It’s quite rare to find companies selling phosphates products due to it being a niche market, but we’ve found a company that sells a product called Turbo, that contains high dosages of phosphates, Acetyl-L-Carnitine and CoQ10 - ingredients that have have peer reviewed research showing how they can boost your aerobic fitness, improve your performance and shave seconds off your personal best.

In simple terms, Turbo should let you exercise harder for longer. The deal is you simply take 7 capsules each day for five days before your next race. Who would have thought that athletes are using war time nutrition to break records today!

Recommending someone to take 7 capsules a day, 5 days before a race is a Hell of alot if they don’t even know what they are taking. I think there should be more info on the supplement in this article (dosages). I take supplements myself and think that before you publish all of the benefits of the product there should be any side affects or negatives to the supplement shown.
